Motoman UP6C

Motoman UP6C

Short arm version of the UP6 . Year 2004. Very few working hours. Equipped with the modern XRC controller.

Slim and rigid 6 kg payload high-speed robot ideal for a wide variety of applications including for arc welding, packaging, and handling.

The UP6 offers high flexibility - it has full 6-axis capability; and can be floor, wall or ceiling mounted; or supplied as a twin system (two robots; one controller) or even a triple system (three robots; one controller).

The UP6 has high reliability (52,000 hours MTBF) and high repeatability.

The Motoman UP6 is a high-speed robot that is compact and requires minimal installation space. Offering superior performance for welding and non-welding applications, its thin base and arm design allows close placement for piece holding fixtures to improve part accessibility.

The UP6 features collision avoidance that allows two or three robots to work in conjunction with each other for increased productivity.

XRC specifications:

MOTOMAN's advanced MOTOMAN XRC robot controller offers flexibility, high performance, open communication and award winning ergonomic design.

Its design is compact but its functionality is not.

The XRC system even offers the possibility of controlling up to 27 axis from one single CPU. (e.g. three robots including external axis)

The XRC Multi Functional can "multi-task" simultaneously performing up to six tasks. The XRC has many advanced software functions including Advanced Robot Motion (ARM) control providing high-performance path accuracy, and integrated collision detection.

The XRC's award winning user friendly, lightweight, ergonomically designed programming pendant simplifies programming.
